Convert to png all .png files that were not in image/png format using Linux shell

git and diff tools will complain if text file does not end with a newline.
Fixed all text files in the repository with Linux bash shell:

- Fix the logic for logging possible Typos (prioritise least cost)
- Improve reverse recipes by excluding ore names of tools early to prevent
unexpected and un needed unification lookups
- Turn off unification typo logging in reverse recipes
Reduced unification typo spam from 6724, down to 11 remaining entries:

fix(hidecover) unchained posttick caused missed texture and size change

Add missing chaining of the `onPostTick` event handler to parent class.
`GT_MetaPipeEntity_(Cable|Pipe|Fluid)` classes were not forwarding
the `onPostTick` event handler to their parent `MetaPipeEntity` class,
so pipes were not rendering the change unless another machine tile which
did properly chain the event handler to its parent
(like `GT_MetaTileEntity_TieredMachineBlock`) was present in same chunk.

- Fix integer math of getProductionPerSecond by moving the multiplier ahead.
- Fix and deprecate WAILAPlugins interface by returning ratio adjusted values.
- Simplify the inner Config class.

- Change run-time counter from seconds to ticks since solar boilers are
ticking every 10 ticks, or 0.5 second.
- Prevent run-time counter from overflowing Integer.MAX_VALUE ticks.
- Fix missing check of available steam before pushing to output.
- Fix the cool-down rate that broke in GTNH 2.1.0.6.
- Make the solar boilers entirely configurable.

- Fix itemblock brightness and orientation to be exactly same as vanilla blocks
in inventory.
