Item Background Refactor + Jacob's Contest Medal Background Colors (#1262)
* Refactor item backgrounds, add Jacob's Contest medal background colors
* Fix indentation?
* ColoredBackgroundStyle -> ItemBackgroundStyle, I like it more
* I forgot to rename a few other things
* Remove colored from asset names
* Forgot to rename the assets here
* Screen cache thing is done by the other cache clear method, not this one
* No default value of -1
* Remove extra blank line
* Translucent background
* Remove unnecessary method
* Remove redundant cache clear in ItemBackgroundManager
* Clean up config category
