Re-do buildscript
-Switched to latest GTNH2 ForgeGradle 1.2
-Updated Gradle Wrapper to 5.6.4
-Switched from Groovy to Kotlin for the build script
-Re-organised the dependencies, only loading what is essential
-Broke Jar signing, todo for later
