fixes and API update
-fixed a bug where a circle dependency may exist
-fixed a bug where Bacteria might be null
-fixed a bug where the fallback might be wrong
-fixed NBT issues with BioData
-cleaned up NEI
-fixed a bug where bacteria fluids might be null
-optimised hashcodes to use murmur3 instead of Objects.hash
