feat(render): tile ambient occlusion
Render smooth lighting ambient occlusion on all Gregtech tiles:
- Ores
- Machines
- Pipes, Cables, Wires, Frames
Add new Client-side configuration entry in Gregtech.cfg.
If false, the flat lighting rendering of older versions is used.
