$ Fixed inventory shuffling for some Tile Entities.
$ Fixed Super Jukebox, it's now mostly functional.
$ Fixed constructBaseMetaTileEntity returning the wrong type of Entity for pre-existing wooden pipes, this should now get caught and thrown if the GT++ entity fails to a ClassCastException.
