Total leaderboards leaderboard working (#6)
* add leaderboards leaderboard
* slightly optimize fetchPlayer to not unnecessarily fetch the same player twice
* Compiled TS into JS
* fix errors with fetch
* fix random bugs that made people disappear from leaderboards
