fix(Requirements): Add "apt-get update" for linux (#48)
Description: Added `sudo apt-get update` to allow for the newest of each package to be installed and for installation on fresh Linux systems.
Problems it fixes: If you've never ran `sudo apt-get update` on some distributions the required packages will not be found.
